Happy Anniversary!

It’s incredible to believe Tech & Thrive is already a year old! This has been an amazing journey—better than I ever imagined. And so much of that is thanks to YOU!

It’s fitting that I celebrate our first anniversary during Women’s History Month, since my focus and passion are helping women overcome the barriers holding them back in the tech industry. More than ever, my mission is to liberate tech leaders from the visible and hidden pressures, empowering more women and diverse professionals to realize their full potential.

For the future of the tech industry, I don’t think there’s a more worthy cause.

During the past year, I’ve had the great fortune of meeting so many like-minded tech leaders who want to thrive. I’ve had the chance to coach outstanding professionals and build a community of support to help them reach their goals. And, I’m just getting started!

I’ll have more exciting news to share about Tech & Thrive in the coming weeks and months. So, stay tuned—and stay empowered!

Join Me at ATLIS’ Annual Conference

I’m looking forward to seeing many Ed Tech friends at this year’s ATLIS Conference, coming up in just a few short weeks. I’ll be presenting two sessions—both focused on empowering and helping tech leaders discover their unique strengths—along with my other board chair duties. Taking the Mic

Recently, I had the incredible opportunity to be a guest on Learning Through Technology: A K-12 EdTech Podcast. I had so much fun with co-hosts Alex Inman and Bob Cireddu and am always honored when people ask me to share my experiences. But if I’m being 100% honest, I get even more excited about the potential to reach more leaders in tech to spread why it’s critical to create diverse teams and the power that women bring to leadership roles.
