A little more
about me
I’m the proud daughter of Dominican and Puerto Rican parents who immigrated to the U.S. and started a small family business, Hi-Tech Tune Up, a service station and mechanic’s shop in Orlando. I grew up being my father’s assistant because my small hands fit in places his didn’t, and later learned how to interpret state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment for him and the mechanics.
Technology became my superpower and led me to a 25-plus-year career in technology leadership. Today, I am a mom, sought-after speaker and consultant, the executive board chair for the Association of Technology Leaders in Independent Schools (ATLIS), and a passionate champion of girls and women in technology.
