Raise Your Hand If Youāre Ready for a Change
Ā
I remember the exact moment I reclaimed my power, after years of overworking and trying to show up for a job that was all-consuming. Donāt get me wrong, it wasnāt all bad. But it wasnāt fulfilling my greater purpose or giving me true joy.
So many of the wonderful women and leaders in tech Iāve coached have shared similar stories. You want moreānot just professionally, but personally. But the struggle to see it and be it is real.
Thatās why this past week was such a joyous āahaā moment while hosting my first group coaching session for my new women in tech cohort. We created a space for non-judgmental, authentic growth where each person learned more about their leadership strengths and how to use them to achieve what they want.
It was another āpowerfulā moment in my job, because it embodied why I do what I doāand the impact it has on the people Iām fortunate enough to coach. Together, we discover what you really want, lean into your unique strengths that will get you there, and then make it happen. The goals are yours. The journey is ours, together. The results are long- and far-lasting.
This monthās newsletter is all about personal growth and sharing stories to help us realize our goals. So, raise your hand if youāre ready for a change. And give me a call or email if you want to get started!
