Time to Renew
Â
I love summer. As somebody with a long history in independent schools, I always found it to be a time for planning, deep thinking, and strategizing for the future. Itâs energizing to work on whatâs aheadâbut too often I noticed my energy was dedicated toward others, and not me.
Finding time to focus on yourself is one of the top challenges my clients tell me about. If itâs one of yours, too, you are definitely not alone. So many of us are so busy taking care of everythingâand everybodyâthat we tend to neglect our personal priorities.
Thatâs one of the reasons I launched my coaching businessâto help you âtake backâ YOU. Whether thatâs finding work-life balance, honoring your value, or discovering the courage to step outside your comfort zone. We all need the right support from somebody who understands.
Itâs also why I am so thrilled to be enrolling my first group coaching program for women in tech this fall. Thanks to all who have expressed interestâyou have until Saturday, July 15, to take advantage of the $700 in savings with early-bird pricing.
So, please, enroll todayâand make this important investment in yourself. You deserve it and so much more to THRIVE!
Always empowering your success,
What Zumba and Coaching Have in Common
With each misstep and misaligned move in my Zumba class, Iâm learning more about the power of relationships and the pressures of expectation. And itâs the perfect reminder why I love coaching to help you choreograph the right steps to get you where you want to go.
Legend in the Making

One hundred days into the launch of Tech & Thrive, I am feeling proud, inspired, renewed, and reflective. This photo comes from a recent visit to the Colorado Academy and deep exploration in its REDI Lab, where I joined several of independent schoolsâ brightest innovators to hack what it means to serve this special community with an outlook toward the future. While Iâm not represented on this âperiodicâ tableâyetâI am committed to making a difference in honor of those who paved the way.

In the ever-evolving landscape of leadership, women still face unique systemic challenges. Ginny Rometty's book, "Good Power: Leading Positive Change in Our Lives, Work, and World," serves as a guiding lightâpart memoir and part leadership development plan.
