 As February unfolds, it's not uncommon to reflect on New Year’s resolutions—those we’ve kept and those we’ve let slide.
Yet, time propels us forward, inviting us to engage with February's rich tapestry of observances, from Black History Month to Valentine’s Day. These milestones remind us of the profound power of reflection, awareness, and celebration in shaping not just our personal lives but also our professional journeys.
This month, I’m excited to share a new coaching opportunity and other valuable resources to help you do just that!
After rave reviews and the success of my first women in tech group coaching cohort last year, I’m launching another T.H.R.I.V.E. Coaching Experience this spring for a select group of women tech leaders.
It combines online learning, leadership assessments and a 1:1 debrief with me, live group coaching, and a workbook full of reflection exercises. In short, it’s designed to transform how you look at yourself and help you get what you want in work and life.
