Read to Thrive: ‘Through the Dark Wood’

This is part of a series offering top insights from interesting reads to help you up-level in work and life.
This book was recommended by a friend and colleague—not a typical read for me—so I dug in and was surprised and enlightened by the deep dive into Jungian psychology, an area I knew little about. I listened to the book on Audible narrated by the author, James Hollis, whose passion for the subject matter makes it an interesting listen. It’s presented as sessions instead of chapters (i.e. think therapy sessions). For those of you like me, unfamiliar with Jungian psychology, it explores the human psyche and emphasizes the importance of understanding and integrating both conscious and unconscious aspects of ourselves to promote personal growth and well-being.
